                                                Today, we are in one of the toughest markets in our nation’s history, yet some companies are still
                                                able to raise capital, how? Our financial experts will provide valuable insight on what they look for
                                                before funding a company in this down market.

                                                It seems each month there are monumental new rules and regulations being created and
                                                implemented by FINRA and the Securities & Exchange Commissions. Some laws
                                                dramatically affect most of our member’s day-today operations.

                                                Our panelists will discuss some of the common issues faced today by public companies, industries
                                                that support public companies, securities dealers and more.  In addition, there will be discussions
                                                about best of business practices to navigate through new uncharted waters.

                                                Understanding & Leveraging New Social Media
                                                How to leverage social media

                                                The panelists will speak based on their experience developing an online presence using social
                                                media platforms. dealguys.net members will hear real examples (not in theory) of how the
                                                panelists have used social media tools for generating more attention to their businesses. Also,
                                                how to introduce new social media tools into the culture of your business to drive demonstrable
                                                success to your bottom line and/or additional exposure.

                                                This is the most diverse panel of the conference! Our panelists will discuss a wide variety of topics
                                                ranging from different creative fundraising options for companies to a debating individual investing
                                                strategies such as buying gold versus stocks.
