About Us:
Background dealguys.net was created for one main reason, to enable people to do deals together! dealguys.net is a social network developed by deal guys, for deal guys. Our vision is to bring serious people together with other serious people guys to do serious business. There are a few social networks for business networking; however, we could not find one specifically for us! Our site doesn’t have much history; however, with each new member we are making history by creating the first community for deal guys! This network represents one of the most powerful, yet least recognized groups on the planet! This is the group that brings products and services to market, funds companies, facilitates major mergers, provides professional services and moves markets! Our jobs are tough, we get beat up, torn down, taken advantage of, shorted, thrown under the bus and yet we still dial for dollars on a daily basis with a smile on our face! We are a special breed!
We hope that you can find a lot of value in this community and we have created ways to help you stay focused and accomplish more work by doing the following:
Build new contacts within our network. We want you to network with other members; that is the purpose of a “community” or a “network”! If there are synergies between you and other members, by all means connect with them. Bring people that you currently do business with together. We encourage you to invite as many people as you can to join the network and connect with you. Communicate to people you do business with. Once you get connected with members you can effectively communicate with everyone at one time! This is extremely important when you are working with a team or multiple teams on multiple deals. Stay in contact with people you do business with. There are a lot of contacts that are made throughout a professional career and sometimes you lose touch with them not because you hate them, because you kind of forget. Make it a point to go through your contacts monthly to see if there is anyone that you can contact just to check in. There are many services that do this, but dealguys.net is better!
Advertise deals that you are doing with the network. Some social networks are concerned about your favorite music and who you’d like to meet, we are concerned on what deals you are doing! This is a great tool to create partnerships and fill the void for functions necessary to finish a deal! Share your expertise and your knowledge. Throughout the site are areas that you can participate to help other members. Our idea of a successful social network is one where members help other members grow by sharing their knowledge. Maybe we are idealists, but we are confident that most people will agree.
As we continue to grow we will need our members to tell us what resources they would like to have on the site. We are working on compiling a lot of resources such as level 2 and real time stock quotes as well as press releases and news so that we can provide information and become a major portal.
